  1. Are those the Channeled Scablands adjacent to campus???

  2. While those may appear to be megaripples, they are not. The rolling hills are part of the Palouse, thick deposits of loess.

    The campus does sit adjacent to a scabland channel in which downtown Cheney is located, in the lower right of the 2009 GE image.

  3. I used to swim in the fieldhouse behind Sci Bldg at lunchtime - it was cool because the sun shone in onto the pool. Became a certified scuba diver there too - also remember the fire when it accidentally? burned down.
